Our team of professionals goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide our valued customers with exceptional service and customer care.

Our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction in Oregon City, means we will do everything we can to earn and keep your trust. We want you to be a customer for life! First Call Heating and Cooling is also committed to using sustainable business practices in Oregon City and believes in recycling everything we can - including metals and heating oil. We even recover and recycle freon and other refrigerants from other area heating and cooling companies under a U.S. E.P.A. certification.

Annual inspection and maintenance from First Call can save energy and money, reduce costly repairs, and help your equipment last longer. Much like your car, your home's heating and cooling equipment needs a regular tune-up - even when it is working normally. After all, you wouldn't buy a car and then not change the oil! Our service agreement gives you "peace of mind" and 24/7 "no heat" or "no cooling" emergency service. Our Planned Service Agreement (PSA) gives you a discount of 15% on repairs and priority scheduling.

You should never have to wait for reliable and refreshing air conditioning in your home. First Call Heating & Cooling is proud to be Portland, OR's preferred air conditioning repair and installation experts. The longer you wait to repair an air conditioner issue, the more severe the problem will likely become. Because HVAC systems contain many moving parts, they can break down in different ways. If your air conditioner is blowing out hot or room-temperature air, making funky noises, or running more frequently than normal, it's time to give us a call.
